Use Account Settings to keep your Sofie profile accurate and control personal preferences. These settings help Sofie understand how you work and how to contact you. Open the user menu in the sidebar, then choose Account Settings.

Use specific role context. QA reviewer for sterile manufacturing is more useful than manager.

Manage notification settings

Use Notification preferences to configure delivery channels, quiet hours, timezone, and type-specific routing. Use Notifications for the sidebar notification panel.

Manage security settings

Use the Security tab to add, review, or remove passkeys when your organization allows it. See Security and passkeys for details.

When profile changes affect Sofie

Profile and task preferences can help Sofie understand your role and the kind of work you do. They do not replace prompt context, Workspace sources, Memory, or Directives. For durable work preferences, use Memory, Directives, and Saved prompts. Examples:
Remember that I prefer validation protocol drafts to separate acceptance criteria, procedure steps, deviations, and reviewer notes.
Create a Directive for CAPA work: always separate confirmed facts, assumptions, source gaps, and SME questions.
