Leave a personal branding field blank when you want to inherit from your group or organization.
What personal branding changes
Personal branding can affect generated documents and templates that include brand styling.
Personal branding takes precedence over group and organization branding for fields you set. Blank fields inherit from your group first, then from your organization.
Set your personal brand

Open Account Settings
Use the user menu in the sidebar and choose Account Settings.

Choose Branding
Open the Branding tab.

Upload a logo
Use Upload or Re-upload. Sofie accepts JPG, GIF, or PNG logos up to the size shown in the app.

Set colors
Enter six-digit hex values for Primary and Secondary, or use the color picker.

Save
Click Save.
Inherit group or organization branding
Use inheritance when you only want to personalize part of the brand. Examples:
To clear a value, use Remove for the logo or Clear primary color and Clear secondary color for colors, then save.
Review generated documents
After changing personal branding:- Create or regenerate a document that uses brand styling.
- Check the logo placement and size.
- Check contrast for table headings and filled areas.
- Review exported files if the document will be shared outside Sofie.
