When the signature appears

Your signature is intended for CoDraft email workflows. It does not automatically change:
  • Your account name.
  • Workspace membership.
  • CoDraft authorship.
  • Notification emails.
  • External email client settings.

Review before sending

Before sending or preparing a CoDraft email, check:
  • Signature is enabled.
  • Name and title are current.
  • Company details are correct.
  • Links and phone numbers are accurate.
  • The signature does not include outdated regulatory, legal, or confidentiality text.
If your organization requires a standard signature, use the approved version from your IT, legal, or communications owner.
